Discover Addu
The 15th AP steering comity meeting of the Cooperative Aviation Security Program-Asia Pacific (CASP-AP) has concluded in Maldives. The forum was held in the Equator Village, Addu City from 1st-2nd July 2018. CASP-AP is targeted towards the aviation authorities of the member countries. Maldives Minister of Defense and National Security Adam Shareef Umar inaugurated the ceremony with 65 delegates from 23 countries. CASP-AP aims at assisting member countries in ensuring compliances with international conventions and guidance material related to aviation security, by enhancing the aviation security capabilities of the program’s participant member administrations.
